Memory Screening
As part of the Alzheimer's Foundation of America's National Memory Screening Initiative, we offer free, confidential memory screenings on the first Tuesday of each month starting at 2:30pm. These screening use the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA), a widely recognized tool designed to evaluate memory, attention, and cognitive function. Each session is quick, taking approximately 10-15 minutes, and is conducted in a supportive and private setting by trained facilitators.
Our program is ideal for adults aged 50 and older who wish to take a proactive approach to their cognitive health. While not a diagnostic tool, the screening provides an opportunity to identify potential cognitive issues early and refer participants to primary care physicians for further evaluation if necessary. Join us to take the first step toward better brain health and learn more about maintaining cognitive wellness. FREE.
